Installed both tvtappro which comes up ok but wont change for selection only four channels work , also installed firestick which operates up and down but wont produce a programme

I have downloaded Nox and TvTap 2.5 on my pc, but when I click on Tvtap pro on Nox, a white window appears for a few seconds and then it crushes back to the home page of Nox. What went wrong? What should I do?
